This platform (pan) type concrete vibrator prime mover is fitted on steel pan or platform, specially designed and fabricated in the shape of a trough two shock absorbing handles are fitted on the either side of the pan and the same is moved over the concrete surface to be vibrated.

To get a really leveled and durable concrete surface, the concrete should be compacted and levelled with double beam screed board vibrator. It is designed to give optimum vibration and long life. The surface vibrators for panel with up to 6 meter are used for most type of concrete floor. The vibrators penetrating depth is 100 to 150 mm depending on beam length and concrete consistency. It consist of beam unit and vibration unit for electric drive. Beams are 100mm light. Alloy section and standard beam length is 4. 2 meter or 3. 5 meters.
